1 WEEK / 7 NIGHTS
Even a shorter breather and slowing down the pace has a strong promoting effect and it helps us promote change in our everyday life after the retreat as well. The effects of the 6-day digital fast are clearly visible already in your body: ​
- your nervous system begins to calm down due to the low-stimulus environment and nature
- you sleep more soundly
- your mind starts to calm down and your ability to concentrate starts to recover
- you start to pay attention to new kinds of thoughts and ideas that differ from everyday thinking
- you can get in touch with feelings, needs and values
- you can get new insights about yourself and your self-knowledge grows - you can see new paths to what you need
- the general restlessness created by digital devices will dissapate

2 WEEKS/14 DAYS
During the two-week retreat, the body and mind get the opportunity to relax from deeper and longer-lasting tension and let go of the accustomed ways of performing and anticipating life. If you combine your retreat with daily introspection through writing, you are already taking significant steps closer to hearing your own inner voice. New habits and a self-determined rhythm of life begin to take root in you.
At the retreat, e.g. ​
- your nervous system begins to settle more deeply into rest and the frequency of nature
- the mind begins to calm down and significant changes occur in your ability to concentrate
- your thinking deepens
- you find new perspectives on yourself and your life
- you can get in touch with your feelings and needs

3 WEEKS +: 21 NIGHTS +
By settling into our nature retreat as part of a community of like-minded people for three weeks or longer, you will really have time to enjoy the nurturing effect of nature and bring about even greater change processes in yourself if you so desire. In addition to the benefits of retreats shorter than those mentioned above, e.g.: ​
- your nervous system has calmed down and gradually tuned to the frequency of nature
- you already feel a strong sense of connection with the surrounding nature - trust in the community has deepened
- you have established strong new habits that support your well-being and you know how to implement them in your everyday life
